- INTRODUCTION
NTFS Global, LLC (“NTFS Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, participants, customers, website visitors, and community members.
NTFS Global, LLC is the legal and operating entity for all services and offerings described in this Privacy Policy. The company also operates under the doing business as (DBA) name Nel Tax and Financial Solutions.

NTFS Global no longer accepts new engagements that are exclusively for tax return preparation, amended return preparation, or tax resolution or representation before the IRS or state agencies. However, tax education, tax strategy, tax consulting, tax return review, tax compliance support, amended return support, tax notice review, or tax resolution-related support may be included within a broader consulting engagement only when expressly stated in writing.
Client Intake and Service Information
Information shared through intake forms, questionnaires, applications, consultations, client portals, scheduling tools, emails, uploaded documents, and service-related communications.
This may include information about personal transitions, family matters, business decisions, leadership concerns, organizational issues, financial goals, risks, responsibilities, deadlines, and other details necessary to provide the requested service.
Payment and Transaction Information
Payment details, billing information, order history, purchase records, invoices, receipts, payment plan details, shipping information, and related transaction records.
Payment card and banking information may be processed by third-party payment providers. NTFS Global does not intentionally store full payment card numbers unless required through an approved payment processor or platform.
Product and Order Information
Information related to digital product purchases, book orders, physical product orders, bulk orders, shipping, delivery, replacement requests, damaged or incorrect item claims, and customer service requests.
Children’s Information
NTFS Global provides financial education for families, caregivers, youth programs, schools, organizations, and households with children. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Deliver Digital and Physical Products

Send newsletters, announcements, educational content, service updates, product information, and event information where consent has been provided or where legally permitted.
Media, Speaking, and Writing
Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, media appearances, written contributions, publication opportunities, and related communications.
Operations and Improvement
Improve services, internal processes, website functionality, client experience, customer service, educational materials, and business operations through analytics, feedback, and service review.
Legal and Compliance
Comply with applicable federal, Maryland, and other legal, regulatory, reporting, contractual, or professional obligations.
NTFS Global does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND CLIENT PRIVACY
NTFS Global respects the confidentiality of client information and takes reasonable steps to protect sensitive personal, financial, family, business, organizational, and tax-related information shared in connection with services.

5. CASE STUDIES, TESTIMONIALS, CLIENT STORIES, AND ANONYMIZED USE
NTFS Global may use anonymized or de-identified examples, case studies, client stories, scenarios, testimonials, lessons, outcomes, patterns, or teaching examples in blogs, articles, newsletters, books, workshops, trainings, presentations, social media, digital products, speaking engagements, interviews, media appearances, and educational materials.
When information is anonymized or de-identified, NTFS Global will take reasonable steps to remove or change identifying details such as:
- Client name
- Business name
- Organization name
- Names of family members or team members
- Specific locations
- Unique dates
- Exact dollar amounts where needed
- Distinctive facts that could reasonably identify the client
NTFS Global will not use a client’s name, business name, organization name, logo, image, likeness, direct testimonial, direct quote, or clearly identifiable story for marketing, publicity, media, or promotional purposes without the client’s written permission or recorded verbal permission, unless the client or customer voluntarily made the testimonial, review, comment, endorsement, or feedback public as described below.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, permission may be provided in writing or through recorded verbal permission, including permission given during a recorded video conference, recorded phone call, or recorded virtual meeting.
NTFS Global may rely on recorded verbal permission only when the client clearly authorizes the specific use of their name, business name, organization name, image, likeness, direct quote, testimonial, story, or other identifying information.
NTFS Global may keep a copy of the written permission, recording, transcript, meeting notes, or related confirmation for its business records.
Permission may be requested before using:
- A client’s full name
- A business or organization name
- A logo or brand identifier
- A direct testimonial
- A direct quote
- A photo, video, or image
- A detailed story that could reasonably identify the client
- A public case study connected to the client’s identity
Clients may choose whether to grant permission. Refusing permission does not affect the client’s access to services unless the service itself requires public participation or publication as part of the written agreement.
NTFS Global may still use general, anonymized, de-identified, or composite examples for education, teaching, writing, content creation, and thought leadership, provided reasonable care is taken to protect the identity of the client.
Public Reviews and Third-Party Testimonials
If a client or customer voluntarily posts, submits, or publishes a testimonial, review, comment, endorsement, rating, recommendation, or feedback through a public third-party platform, social media platform, online directory, marketplace, search engine, review site, or similar public forum, NTFS Global may use, share, quote, repost, screenshot, reference, or display that public testimonial or review as it appeared publicly.
This may include the client’s or customer’s name, business name, organization name, username, profile image, rating, review text, or other information the client or customer made publicly visible through that platform.
Examples may include, but are not limited to, Google reviews, social media comments, public recommendations, public directory reviews, marketplace reviews, or other publicly visible feedback.
NTFS Global may edit public testimonials or reviews for length, formatting, grammar, or clarity, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
NTFS Global is not responsible for information a client or customer chooses to make public through a third-party platform, social media platform, public directory, marketplace, search engine, or public review site.
6. DATA PRIVACY FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13
NTFS Global may provide educational services that include parents, caregivers, schools, organizations, youth programs, or families with children under 13. However, our website and digital platforms are not intended for direct use by children under 13.
Parental or Authorized Adult Consent Required
Any information about a child must be provided by a parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or authorized adult.
No Direct Collection
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 through our website.

NTFS Global will not publish a client’s full name, business name, organization name, image, likeness, or direct testimonial for marketing or promotional use without the client’s written permission or recorded verbal permission, unless the client or customer voluntarily made the testimonial, review, comment, rating, recommendation, endorsement, or feedback public through a third-party platform, social media platform, search engine, marketplace, public directory, review site, or similar public forum.
Recorded verbal permission may include permission given during a recorded video conference, recorded phone call, or recorded virtual meeting.
Testimonials, reviews, comments, ratings, recommendations, endorsements, or feedback voluntarily posted by a client or customer on a public third-party platform, social media platform, search engine, marketplace, public directory, or review site may be used by NTFS Global as publicly shared by the client or customer.
This may include the client’s or customer’s public name, business name, organization name, username, profile image, rating, review text, or other information the client or customer made publicly visible.
Testimonials may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or formatting, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
Anonymous or first-name-only testimonials may be used when authorized by the client or customer.
19. POLICY UPDATES
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of NTFS Global services, products, website, or offerings after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
