Welcome to NTFS Global, LLC (“NTFS Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

NTFS Global, LLC is the legal and operating entity for all services and offerings described herein.
The company also operates under the doing business as (DBA) name Nel Tax and Financial Solutions.
Unless otherwise stated, all references to services, products, agreements, and obligations apply to NTFS Global, LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, products, content, and related offerings. By accessing or using any NTFS Global services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using NTFS Global services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. NTFS Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

NTFS Global provides values-aligned financial strategy, education, and decision support. Unless expressly stated in a signed Statement of Work (“SOW”) or written agreement, services are educational and advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice, investment advice, or individualized tax return preparation.

2.1 The Financial Legacy Suite (FLS)

The Financial Legacy Suite provides structured, values-based financial decision support for individuals, families (including families of one), caregivers, and leaders.

FLS – Core (Individual / Family)
Includes guided financial clarity sessions, decision mapping, cash-flow review, policy and account reviews, tax education, and values-aligned action planning.

FLS – Executive
Confidential, leadership-level financial strategy and decision support for executives and senior leaders managing complex resources, responsibilities, or organizations. May include tax strategy and consulting where appropriate to the engagement scope.

Delivery may be virtual or in person as outlined in the applicable SOW.

2.2 Decision Pause

A structured, limited-scope decision support offering designed to help clients pause, assess, and gain clarity before making financial decisions. This service provides guided reflection and reframing and does not include directives, implementation, or ongoing advisory services.

2.3 Decision Hour

A paid, one-off advisory session available only to current or former Financial Legacy Suite or Premium Intensive clients. The Decision Hour provides scoped support for specific questions or situations and does not replace a full engagement or establish an ongoing advisory relationship.

2.4 Intensives

Half-Day Intensive
Full-Day Intensive

Focused, time-bound strategy experiences for individuals, executives, families, or organizations seeking deep financial clarity, planning, or realignment. Scope, duration, and deliverables are defined in advance and confirmed in writing.

2.5 Workshops, Education & Learning Programs

NTFS Global provides values-based financial education for families, organizations, schools, nonprofits, employers, and community partners. Offerings may include workshops, courses, facilitated sessions, and licensed curricula addressing financial literacy, stewardship, and decision-making across life stages and transitions.

Tax education may be included as part of these offerings. Delivery may be virtual or in person. Licensing is governed by separate agreements where applicable.

2.6 DIY, Digital Products & Physical Books

NTFS Global offers self-guided resources, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads and toolkits

  • Audio resources

  • Journals and workbooks

  • Courses and micro-workshops

  • Physical books

These materials may include financial education and tax education. All digital and physical product sales are final unless otherwise stated.

2.7 Speaking Engagements

NTFS Global provides keynote talks, panels, workshops, and speaking engagements for conferences, organizations, schools, nonprofits, and corporations. Topics include but not limited to financial decision-making, stewardship, leadership responsibility, communication, and the role of values in financial choices. Tax education and/or motivational talks may be included where appropriate. 

Speaking engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

2.8 International Use

International clients may access NTFS Global’s educational and advisory services but are responsible for compliance with their local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

2.9 Sunset of Tax Preparation & Tax Resolution Services

Effective June 30, 2025, NTFS Global no longer accepts new engagements for:

  • Tax return preparation

  • Amended return preparation

  • Tax resolution or representation before the IRS or state agencies

Legacy Matters:
Clients engaged on or before June 30, 2025 will receive completion of contracted work only, in accordance with their existing agreements.

Scope Clarification:
Tax education is provided across multiple NTFS Global offerings, including the Financial Legacy Suite (Core and Executive), workshops, speaking engagements, DIY resources, and digital or physical educational products.

Tax strategy and consulting continue to be offered exclusively within the Financial Legacy Suite and Premium Experience services, where appropriate to the client’s circumstances and engagement scope.

These services do not include the preparation of tax returns, amended returns, or the initiation of new tax resolution or representation matters before the IRS or state agencies unless expressly agreed in writing for a legacy matter described above.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Use of NTFS Global services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

  • Accepted Payments: Major credit cards, debit cards, digital currency, wires, electronic and paper checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders

  • Installment Payments: Internal installment plans require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking. All internal payment plans must be paid in full within forty-five (45) days of the first payment, unless otherwise stated in writing. Third-party payment plans are governed by the terms of the respective provider.

  • Late Payments: A $25 late fee applies to payments more than seven (7) days overdue. Accounts more than thirty (30) days past due may be terminated.

  • Final Sales: Workshops, digital products, licenses, and physical books are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to:

  1. Use services for lawful purposes only

  2. Refrain from fraudulent, harmful, or misleading conduct

  3. Not misuse services for tax evasion, illegal activity, or financial misconduct

  4. Comply with applicable federal and Maryland laws; and when applicable, international laws

Any violation of the above User Conduct provisions may result in immediate termination of access to services, at the sole discretion of NTFS Global, LLC.

No refunds will be issued for payments made prior to termination due to such violations.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, frameworks, curricula, methodologies, written materials, audio recordings, visuals, and educational resources are the intellectual property of NTFS Global, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some links on NTFS Global platforms may be affiliate links that provide compensation in accordance with FTC regulations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NTFS Global does not guarantee outcomes. Financial, business, or personal decisions remain the responsibility of the client. NTFS Global does not provide investment advice or securities recommendations.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

NTFS Global may link to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

10. TERMINATION

NTFS Global reserves the right to terminate services or access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Baltimore County, Maryland.

12. BRANDING & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

NTFS Global, LLC business names, service names, program titles, frameworks, logos, and branded materials are proprietary to NTFS Global, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, unfair competition, and intellectual property laws.

Certain names, methodologies, and frameworks are currently used as common law marks and may be subject to future trademark registration. Unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation of NTFS Global branding or materials in a manner that causes confusion or implies affiliation is prohibited.

NTFS Global actively monitors the use of its proprietary materials and reserves all rights.

13.1 Artificial Intelligence Use & Restrictions

All content provided through this website, its services, products, programs, materials, communications, and digital assets—including but not limited to text, frameworks, methodologies, guides, worksheets, recordings, audio, video, voice, likeness, written responses, and proprietary concepts—is the intellectual property of NTFS Global, LLC and/or its owner.

13.2 No AI Training or Replication

No artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, automated tools, or similar technologies may:

  1. Scrape, ingest, store, analyze, or train on this content

  2. Replicate, simulate, mimic, or generate derivative works based on this content

  3. Use this content to model voice, likeness, teaching style, frameworks, or decision logic

without prior written consent from NTFS Global, LLC.

13.3 No Implied Permission

Use of this website or its materials does not grant permission—explicit or implied—for AI training, data extraction, automation, or replication purposes.

13.4 Enforcement

Unauthorized AI use, training, replication, or derivative modeling constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and damages where applicable.

14. MODIFICATIONS

NTFS Global may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
