2. SERVICES OFFERED

NTFS Global provides financial transition consulting, education, decision support, speaking, and self-guided financial resources for individuals, families, leaders, organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community partners.

Unless expressly stated in a signed Statement of Work (“SOW”), proposal, service agreement, or written engagement agreement, NTFS Global services are educational, strategic, and advisory in nature. Services do not constitute legal advice, investment advice, securities recommendations, financial product sales, or individualized tax return preparation.

2.1 Financial Transition Consulting

NTFS Global provides financial transition consulting for individuals, families, leaders, boards, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and purpose-led teams navigating decisions that affect more than money.

This work may include financial clarity, decision structure, values-based review, financial education, stewardship guidance, cash-flow review, document review, organizational financial review, board or leadership support, policy review, risk awareness, and next-step planning.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee will be outlined in the applicable proposal, SOW, service description, or written agreement.

2.2 Strategic Option Session (“S.O.S.”)

The Strategic Option Session is a paid, limited-scope consultation designed to help a client talk through a specific financial decision, transition, concern, or situation.

The S.O.S. is a discussion-based service. Unless otherwise stated in writing, it does not include document review, written analysis, research, implementation, follow-up support, or ongoing advisory services.

The S.O.S. does not replace a broader consulting engagement and does not create an ongoing client relationship beyond the scheduled session.

2.3 The Breakdown

The Breakdown is a structured review and analysis service for clients who need a deeper review of a financial decision, transition, issue, event, or situation.

The Breakdown may be used before, during, or after a decision, event, or financial situation has occurred. It is designed to help the client understand the facts, financial impact, available options, risks, next steps, and related considerations.

The Breakdown is a limited-scope engagement that will not exceed thirty (30) days from the date the engagement begins unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Breakdown may include intake review, document review, financial analysis, issue identification, decision mapping, risk awareness, written guidance, and a consultative review session, depending on the scope selected.

The Breakdown does not include implementation, tax return preparation, legal drafting, investment management, representation before tax agencies, or ongoing advisory services unless expressly stated in writing.

If a matter requires support beyond thirty (30) days, ongoing review, implementation support, multiple rounds of analysis, extended communication, continued monitoring, or deeper strategic involvement, NTFS Global may require the client to move into a Financial Transition Suite engagement or another appropriate service.

The Breakdown does not guarantee that a past decision, event, or outcome can be reversed, corrected, recovered, or changed. Financial, legal, tax, business, and personal decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

2.4 Financial Transition Suite (“FTS”)

The Financial Transition Suite is a private consulting engagement for clients who need structured support over a defined period of time.

FTS engagements may be offered for 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. Longer engagements, including 15-month or 18-month engagements, may be offered only in limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of NTFS Global.

FTS may include financial transition consulting, strategic review, decision support, document review, financial education, planning support, leadership or family decision structure, organizational stewardship guidance, and other agreed-upon support based on the client’s needs and the written scope of the engagement.

FTS is not a tax preparation, legal, investment advisory, or financial product sales engagement.
