For purposes of this Disclaimer, “NTFS Global,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” include NTFS Global, LLC, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, and authorized service providers, unless otherwise stated.

Information provided by NTFS Global is for educational, informational, and decision-support purposes only unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  1. NO AUTOMATIC PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

A client relationship exists only when NTFS Global agrees in writing to provide a specific service and the client completes the required acceptance, payment, intake, agreement, proposal, Statement of Work, or other written engagement process.

The scope of any client relationship is limited to the service described in the applicable written agreement.

NTFS Global does not sell, manage, recommend, or receive compensation for investment products, securities, insurance products, or financial instruments.

Users and clients should consult an appropriately licensed professional, such as an attorney, CPA, Enrolled Agent, registered investment adviser, insurance professional, or other qualified professional, for matters outside the scope of NTFS Global’s written engagement.

  1. TAX-RELATED DISCLAIMER

NTFS Global is led by a licensed Enrolled Agent. Tax education, tax strategy, tax consulting, tax return review, tax compliance support, amended return support, tax notice review, or tax resolution-related support may be included within a broader consulting engagement only when expressly stated in writing.

NTFS Global no longer accepts new engagements that are exclusively for:

  • Tax return preparation
  • Amended return preparation
  • Tax resolution or representation before the IRS or state agencies

General website content, digital products, books, workshops, speaking engagements, newsletters, social media, and educational materials do not constitute tax advice, tax return preparation, tax resolution services, or representation before the IRS or any state agency.

Any tax-related service is limited to the scope stated in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, service agreement, or written engagement agreement.

NTFS Global does not guarantee financial results, business results, tax outcomes, legal outcomes, funding approval, debt reduction, revenue growth, grant approval, relationship outcomes, personal results, organizational results, or any specific outcome from the use of its content, services, products, or materials.

Clients and users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, filings, deadlines, communications, and results.

NTFS Global may provide structure, education, review, analysis, and decision support, but the final decision and outcome remain the responsibility of the client or user.

NTFS Global strives to provide accurate, thoughtful, and useful information. However, laws, regulations, financial guidance, tax rules, platform rules, market conditions, business practices, and public information may change.

Content may become outdated or may not apply to every person, family, business, nonprofit, organization, or situation.

NTFS Global makes no guarantee that all content is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to a specific circumstance.
