Frequently asked questions
Start with The Breakdown if you need a private financial situation reviewed before making a decision or correcting what has already happened.
Choose S.O.S. if you only need to talk through one focused question, concern, or next step.
Apply for Financial Transition Suite if your situation is ongoing, complex, or involves multiple people, responsibilities, or moving pieces.
Choose FLIP™ if you represent a nonprofit, community organization, employer, or group that wants financial education to strengthen decision-making, improve money conversations, model healthier financial behavior, or prepare people for recurring financial transitions.
Visit Government Contracting if you represent a government agency, public school system, county program, institution, or any organization that must use a procurement process. This includes FLIP-style financial education for the people you serve.
FLIP™ is offered to organizations and groups rather than individual families. For personal use, the Financial Resource Vault and NTFS Global’s free educational content are the best starting points.
No. NTFS Global is not accepting general tax preparation clients.
Some consulting services may include tax-related education, strategy, or review when it is part of a larger financial decision or transition.
NTFS Global no longer operates as a traditional tax preparation firm.
Tax experience still informs the work, especially when a financial decision may involve tax risk, IRS concerns, past filings, business structure, nonprofit compliance, or major life changes. However, the current focus is financial transition consulting, education, resources, and strategic decision support.
No. NTFS Global does not provide investment management, securities recommendations, insurance sales, or financial product sales.
The work focuses on financial decisions, structure, transition planning, education, and strategy. If investment, legal, insurance, or specialized tax advice is needed, you may be referred back to the appropriate licensed professional.
No. NTFS Global is not financial coaching.
Coaching often focuses on encouragement, accountability, and behavior change. NTFS Global focuses on reviewing financial situations, identifying risks and consequences, clarifying options, and helping clients make structured decisions before those decisions become costly missteps.
Emotions, beliefs, and mindset may be considered because they can influence financial decisions. However, NTFS Global does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment as a core service.
When appropriate, clients may be referred to or back to a licensed counseling, medical, or other qualified professional. In select experiences, a licensed counselor or therapist may be contracted to support the experience, but that does not make therapy or counseling a core NTFS Global service.
Not as a rule. Most engagements are centered on decision clarity and strategy, not ongoing task management.
The exception is Financial Transition Suite, which may include limited hands-on execution when a situation needs repair or recalibration, not just a recommendation. This may include organizing and preparing documents, correcting what is not working, coordinating with outside professionals, and helping carry out the agreed plan.
Even within Financial Transition Suite, NTFS Global does not become your ongoing financial manager or internal staff member. Final decisions, approvals, signatures, and payments stay with you.
NTFS Global does not replace your CPA, attorney, financial adviser, bookkeeper, or insurance professional.
The role is to help you understand the bigger picture, prepare better questions, organize the decision, and connect the financial, personal, family, leadership, or organizational pieces that may affect the outcome.
Many clients already have professionals involved. NTFS Global helps make sure the decision itself is clear, values-aligned, and structured before action is taken.
Financial Transition Suite begins with an application.
This allows NTFS Global to review whether the engagement is the right fit, what level of support may be needed, and whether the matter requires a standard or extended engagement.
Schedule S.O.S.
S.O.S. is designed for discussion, clarity, and direction only. It does not include document review, written analysis, calculations, extensive research, or ongoing support.
If your situation requires records, numbers, documents, or options to be reviewed, The Breakdown may be the better first step.
Yes. NTFS Global provides education, workshops, speaking, and training for families, schools, churches, nonprofits, community programs, employers, and values-based organizations.
